1. Eligibility

You need to be at least 18 years old to use Bidfood Home. By using our platform, you confirm you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login details confidential.
• All activity occurring under your account.
• Reporting unauthorized access immediately.

3. Orders and Pricing

• Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• The price at checkout is the final amount payable.
• Cancellations may not be possible once processing has started.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Risk transfers to you upon physical delivery. Ownership transfers only after full payment is received.

5. Quality and Returns

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, notify us within 24 hours. Provide photos as proof. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the goods.

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued as digital wallet credits within 10 working days. They cannot be withdrawn as cash.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Fraud, platform misuse, or creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions will lead to immediate account suspension and cancellation of pending orders.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be handled by the Dubai courts.
