A traditional Lebanese meat dumpling filled with cooked beef meat, onions, salt, sunflower oil, white pepper and black pepper.
Preparation:
Remove the Chich Barak from the freezer 30 minutes before consuming.
Meanwhile prepare the yoghurt. When the mixture starts to boil, add the chich barak and keep stirring for 5 to 10 minutes.
