These Italian Meatballs are made of angus ground beef, mozzarella cheese, Italian herbs, basil. Serve them as an appetizer, as part of a main course, or even as a snack.
Preparation:
1. You can cook meatballs in one of these ways:
a)Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake at 190°C for about 20-25 minutes.
b)Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook, turning occasionally, until they’re browned on all sides and cooked through 15-20 minutes.
c) If you prefer, you can cook meatballs by simmering them in marinara sauce for about 20-30 minutes until cooked through.
2. Serve the meatballs with your choice of sauce (marinara, barbecue, others.) or on their own.
