This meat sambousik is tasty and can be enjoyed on special occasions. It is filled with cooked beef meat, pomegranate molasses, pine nuts, parsley, salt, white pepper and black pepper.
Preparation:
Remove the Meat Sambousik from the freezer 30 minutes before frying or baking.
Deep Frying: Deep Fry the Meat Sambousik in pre-heated vegetable oil at 160°C for 4 to 5 minutes until reaching a golden color.
Baking in oven: Heat the oven from top and bottom at 200°C and place the Meat Sambousik on a tray in the center of the oven for 10 minutes. For a golden color, spray some vegetable oil on the Meat Sambousik before baking.
