Our Wedges are sturdy and chunkier than most other potato products, making them look authentic and home cooked. Cut into 8 wedges from the whole potato, they provide a real, natural potato taste with extended holding time which customers loved. Prepare in fryer, oven or grill.
Cooking appliances may vary, therefore cooking time may need to be adjusted from the guidelines as labeled. For best results, always cook from frozen (fryer:± 3:15 min. 175°C). If allowed to defrost the product (store below 7°C), adjust cooking time accordingly (shorter times). Do not overcook.
