Stone fruit notes lead to bright, orchid aromas, with unmistakable texture and depth of flavour. As this tea leans more towards some darker, nutty and fruity flavours, I think it would be perfect to enjoy on cooler mornings or over an afternoon. It has a cosy and warm feel to it that adds to the deliciousness of the infusion.
Single serve, one cup method using 250ml teapot and cup: measure 4g of Traditional Iron Buddha Oolong Tea. Heat water at 95°C and infuse tea for 3 minutes (recommended at least three infusions)
